Schools
Serenada is currently served by Royal ISD. School assignments, attendance boundaries, ratings, and program offerings change over time and are set solely by the district. Confirm current zoning and enrollment eligibility directly with Royal ISD before purchasing. No representation is made regarding school quality or future assignment.
Buyer representation
Jeff Whitespeare represents buyers, not the builder. Working with a buyer's agent typically does not increase the price you pay for a new home, but you should confirm that in writing before you register at any model home. If you are already represented by another agent, please continue working with them — this site is not intended to interfere with any existing agency agreement.
Financing and third parties
Any references to lenders, title companies, incentives, or closing cost assistance are informational.
